Effective February 28, 2022, the Eastham, MA Board of Health has issued an Indoor Mask Use Advisory. Mask use is strongly encouraged. There are many in our community that are vulnerable and at increased risk.
Your Innkeepers and all staff are fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, we kindly request that you wear a mask in all common areas. Travelers are encouraged to consult and follow the CDC’s guidelines and requirements for travel.
Check In and Check Out
Upon arrival you will be asked to sign the guest register and provide your car vehicle plate number. We will provide new, sanitized, Inn at the Oaks pens for this task, and you may keep the pen.
You will find an envelope with your name on it on the front foyer table that will have your sanitized room key and welcome letter with directions to your room. You will be greeted by a staff member who will be happy to provide you with a quick tour of the Inn and will answer any questions you may have.
To check out, please being your key to the front desk so we can say good-bye, or if leaving very early, you may leave your key in your room.
Our extended continental breakfast will be served each morning to guests. We have indoor dining options in both the dining room and the main common living room, plus our very popular outdoor dining patio. Breakfast is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM with the last seating at 9:45 AM. A staff member will be available to serve coffee at 7:15 AM for guests who like to grab an early cup!
Lunch or Dinner Takeout
A reminder that you are always welcome to use the dining room, outdoor patio dining tables or any of the numerous picnic tables found around the Inn’s gardens to enjoy a takeout meal from our many wonderful local restaurants. Bowls, plates, mugs and rolled silverware are available in the dining room for your use.
Afternoon Cookies and Treats
Our delicious cookies or occasional special treat will be individually packaged and sealed. We will be happy to provide you with fresh hot coffee or tea, and in the summer months we also offer iced coffee and iced tea. Small bags of pre-packaged ice are available for guests upon request.
Please enjoy our outside fire pit, our 2nd floor outside deck with 2 seating areas and our covered porches, as well as our indoor parlor, main living room, library, and tea nook.
We follow all cleaning and sanitizing protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines. Room service is provided daily between the hours of 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM unless you place the Do Not Disturb sign on your doorknob or tell us directly to not provide service. The housekeeping staff will continue to wear masks and gloves upon entering your room. Please let the front desk know if you need service at any time.
All staff members have completed COVID-19 safety and sanitation training. Your innkeepers, Melody & Paul, are always on the premises and available if you need assistance.
