  • Where is the Inn located?

    You’ll find us at 3085 Old King’s Highway (Route 6A) in Eastham, just steps from the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center and a short hop to beautiful Coast Guard Beach. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the Outer Cape.

  • How far is the Inn from the beach?

    We’re just a quick drive or bike ride to Coast Guard Beach, one of the Cape’s most scenic and beloved spots. The Cape Cod Rail Trail and Salt Pond Visitor Center are also right nearby.

  • Do you serve breakfast?

    Yes, we offer a European continental breakfast, which consist of a fresh pastry and a delicious yogurt parfait delivered to your room to enjoy. Each room also includes a Keurig for coffee and tea. Breakfast is included with nightly reservations only.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do not allow pets, because of allergies. We appreciate your understanding.

  • What’s the story behind the Inn?

    Our home was built in 1893 by the widow of a sea captain, and it’s the first Queen Anne Victorian in the Eastham area. We’ve lovingly preserved the original charm so it feels like a home that’s been passed down through generations.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, free off-street parking is available for all guests.

  • Do you offer Wi-Fi?

    Yes! We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the inn and on the grounds.

  • Are there shops and restaurants nearby?

    Absolutely. Eastham is nestled between Orleans and Wellfleet, where you’ll find terrific dining, art galleries, ice cream shops, and more. We’re always happy to share our favorite local spots!

  • Do you host weddings or special events?

    The Cape Cod Inn at the Oaks is ideal for small elopements, intimate ceremonies, and celebrations. If you’re dreaming of a cozy Victorian setting, we’d love to help you plan something special.

  • Can we book the whole Inn for a group stay?

    Yes! With 14 rooms, our Inn is a wonderful setting for family reunions, retreats, or small group getaways. Booking the full property ensures privacy and the feeling of having your own Cape Cod estate. Contact us directly for group rates and options.

  • Is the Inn accessible?

    Because the Inn was built in the 1800s, most of our rooms are up a flight of stairs. We do have a ground-floor suitethat may be a better fit for guests with mobility concerns. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Do you offer special packages or discounts?

    Yes! We run seasonal specials and romantic packages, and occasionally offer mid-week or last-minute deals. Be sure to check our website or sign up for our newsletter for current offers.

  • Do you sell gift certificates?

    We do! Gift certificates to the Cape Cod Inn at the Oaks make wonderful gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, or just because. Call or email us to purchase one.
